September 13 • Commons Park - Downtown Lake Mills
Welcome to the Pyramid City Run 5k run/walk organized by the Rotary Club of Lake Mills. Each year this event raises money for notable charities and organizations in Jefferson County. This year we will be focusing our action on Alzheimer's Research and are proud to help
Dr. Bill Stork's journey to help find a cure for Alzheimer's began when a family member was affected. It continued after being introduced to the UW Initiative to End Alzheimer's and learning that "vigorous physical and mental activity are life habits that will contribute to painting mental acuity, delaying the onset of dementia and aging well."
The Pyramid City Run is a run/walk, dedicated to bringing people together. There will be an unofficial race clock for a general completion time, and you are encouraged to keep your own time as well! Every participant receives a Pyramid City Run shirt (if registered within one month of the run) and goodie bag, and there will be representatives there supporting the cause.

Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.
